For this issue I shot less and wrote more articles.
My favourite article to write was “Snowshoe Building”. I saw and learned how ancient Ainu and Japanese people would have built snowshoes in ancient times.The portrait of Mr. Anan in this article is one of my all time favourite portraits.
I also wrote “Gone Fishing – Big Fight”; an article about Ice Fishing in Hokkaido. Photos by Matthew Littlewood.
I interviewed young Olympic hopeful “George Murphy”.
And finally I wrote a small driving tour article about local attractions.
